Branding-as-a-Service (BaaS) is a monthly employer branding and recruitment marketing subscription service that offers a robust suite of support services including but not limited to:

  • Creative content creation (i.e., blogs, storytelling, testimonials, articles, etc.)

  • Graphic design

  • Video (from script to production)

  • Social media and digital strategies (including media buying)

  • Career site development and/or refresh

  • Posting and distribution

HOW IT WORKS

There are three key components to our subscription service: Implementation & Onboarding, Monthly Managed Services, Data Reviews & Analytics. We’ll work with you to build a monthly support package, based on your hiring goals and your budget. Once in place, we’ll manage to an editorial strategy and specific program targets.

  • Set up is critical to the success of our partnership. We will facilitate a kick-off meeting with key stakeholders to establish processes and sync up our engagement.

    We will develop a deep understanding of your brand guidelines, build trust with your marketing/communications teams and establish priorities.

    We conduct an external scan of your talent competitors and provide an EVP report for comparison and to establish a baseline to measure outcomes.

    We will craft content for approval and align on the strategy.

    Total time commitment from the company is 4-5 hours.

    Implementation takes 2-3 weeks to complete.

  • Depending on your package you will receive a minimum of one new content piece per month, one new employee or leadership spotlight and two new employee (or impact) testimonials per month.

    During the first month we will also refresh your job ad boilerplate.

    We will assist in monitoring employer reputation pages and suggest strategies for improvement.

    We will assist with media buying where needed and help post and promote all social media and recruitment marketing activity.

    We provide ongoing advisory and deliver new ideas regularly.

  • We are passionate about data. We will provide monthly dashboards to track and measure overall activity and outcomes.

    We will meet regularly to discuss program performance, conversion metrics as well as recommendations and strategies to stay competitive.
