THE Women in tech sales (VIRTUAL) Bootcamp

HELPING TRAIN & HIRE MORE WOMEN IN TECH SALES, ONE COHORT AT A TIME


Did you know that less than 25% of tech sales positions are held by women - even less if you are a woman of colour! We created the Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp to change that - one cohort at a time.

This industry-vetted, 5-day (virtual) training program helps match women who want to pursue or advance their skills in tech sales with leading organizations looking to tap into a diverse, sales-ready talent pool.

Since it’s inception in 2018, WITS has trained over 500 women and our alumni community continues to grow and give back. On average we run 6 cohorts per year in Canada and 2 in the United States. Our 2024 Canadian dates are as follows:

  • January 29 - February 2

  • March 4 - 8

  • April 15 - 19

  • June 10 - 14

  • September 20 - 24

  • November 4 - 8

*US dates are to be announced.

All bootcamps are remote, include a career day where you interview with participating hiring partners. You will also increase your network connections and gain access to mentors and allies post-program.

The result? On average, 75% of graduates receive job offers within 30 days of completing the bootcamp program. Many of our bootcamp graduates are also now moving into leadership roles - that’s why we created our newest program - “Becoming a First Time Manager”.

BOOTCAMP FAQS

  • Anyone who is looking to learn about tech sales or pivot into a career in tech sales. You do not need previous tech or sales experience to qualify, just a drive to pursue sales as a career. We have successfully trained women from almost every industry and stage of career from new grads to women with experience in Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, Finance, Competitive Sports, Engineering and more. If you identify as a woman, she, her, they, them.

  • The bootcamp is a 5-day program that runs from 9-3pm EST each day (approximately). There is also homework assignments provided daily.

  • The bootcamp is $199.00 CAD plus taxes and a small Eventbrite registration fee. There are some scholarships available if you qualify for financial assistance (ask our Program Manager for details). The course is also 100% FREE for Indigenous women and those that are referred directly through some of our community partners or alumni.

  • Go to the Eventbrite link to register or sign up for alerts for our next bootcamp. Follow the instructions to submit your information. We’ll be in touch to conduct a short interview. Once selected for the program you’ll receive a link to secure your spot and more information on how to prepare for the week.
